The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre and Victoria Park. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to give directions or answer any questions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The British breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.
Nothing at all to complain about, everything was excellent.
The location was perfect, just off the main road but within close proximity to the city centre. It was a pleasant walk into the town centre, with the museum and art gallery very close by. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold options. Parking was also available, although it could be limited at times. my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting this city.

Cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and a beautifully clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a super comfortable king-sized bed, a settee, table and chairs area, and even a mini fridge and kettle. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area next to a pleasant 15-minute walk along a pedestrian trail to the town centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
