The reception staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were attentive. Within walking distance of a beautiful downtown area.
Not obvious to find. Noisy in the night due to a conference centre behind.
The hotel's excellent location just outside the town centre allowed us to easily explore the city's tourist areas. The spacious and comfortable rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice touches like complementary water and chocolate bars. The hotel's parking facilities were convenient and reasonably priced, ensuring a hassle-free stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a more affordable breakfast option.

The location was perfect, as it was right in the centre of town and just a short walk away from many alternative eateries. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were clean and bright, with huge and comfy beds. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely lounge area and an attached patio with heaters for those who prefer to sit outside. We also appreciated the underground car park, which had plenty of available spaces. The staff provided great customer service, from check-in to check-out. They were always helpful and polite, and there was always someone at reception if we needed anything. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and made sure everything was okay for us.

The hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance of a beautiful downtown area and close to a restaurant in Wetherby which we knew from a previous stay. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a nice bar area and comfortable rooms.
