The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel provided parking, which was convenient for me. The location offered beautiful views, especially from the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special, surprising us with a towel birthday cake and a plate of chocolate cake. The breakfast provided a wide range of options, and the food itself was delicious. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional and made my stay feel special. The facilities, including the gym, pool, spa, and grounds. The food at the Mediterranean Restaurant was delicious, and the waiting staff were cheerful and efficient. The room I stayed in was clean, recently refurbished, and had a comfortable bed. Despite the hotel being busy, it was surprisingly quiet, and I had the best sleep in ages.

The room was spotless and comfortable, with big, comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of free parking and reliable Wi-Fi. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including pancakes and crumpets, and even offered alternative milk options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, just off the M25/A3 intersection, making it easy to get to central London and attractions like Hampton Court Palace.
