The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The location is great, with many local attractions in easy walking distance and lots of restaurants round and about.

We loved the hotel's convenient location in the city center, just minutes away from the train station and popular attractions. With parking next door and easy access to transportation, we were able to explore this city on foot. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the bed was extremely comfortable with high-quality bedding. The hotel facilities, including the gym and jacuzzi bath, were top-notch. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, and the staff even had a cook to prepare eggs to our liking. Speaking of the staff, they were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I loved everything: the central location near the train station where is a bit messy when we travelled from Birmingham within 3 minutes walking distance, the comfortable and quiet room with great views overlooking grand buildings, the great bathroom, and the cleanliness. The hotel facilities were of high standard, including the useful tea making facilities and very good TV screen. The staff, in particular Terrie Ann, were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided a massive choice and included all the healthy options I wanted. The hotel offered an excellent overall experience for a very reasonable price.
The location was perfect for us, right in the center of the city with easy access to the train station, theaters, shops, and restaurants. There were so many local attractions nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time in this city.
