The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a beautifully air-conditioned and well-equipped room. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and special. Also, the location was great, situated on a quiet street that made it easy to unload baggage and check-in before parking at a nearby public car park.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right beside the Ulster Hall and within walking distance to all areas of this city. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the cozy and comfortable bedrooms to the clean and well-maintained toilets. The hotel had great facilities, including a bar with a fantastic atmosphere in the evening, which saved me the trouble of having to travel into this city for a few drinks.
Almost perfect. The only issue I had during my stay was that the door to my room was left open by the staff who were putting the beds together.
The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city center and just a short walk from both the bus and train stations. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast offered at the hotel was reasonably priced and delicious.

The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast included in our deal was delicious and satisfying. We also loved the fact that the hotel was close to the river, allowing us to go for a morning run.
