We loved the modern facilities and the friendly staff at this hotel. The room had fantastic views and there was plenty of space for our family with a toddler. The pool was clean and nice for a splash about with our little one. It was easy to book a time in advance and we had no issues. The location was perfect, being right next to the tube station and providing ease of transport from Waterloo or other tubes. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of the main tourist areas.
