The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and nice, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The room was lovely, equipped with all the necessary amenities like a safe, ironing board, fridge, kettle. The hotel also provided parking assistance, although the space was a bit tight. The location was close to an overground station, making it convenient for transportation. There were also a few shops in the area that stayed open late.
