The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Complimentary parking was available, which was very convenient for us. The hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel was conveniently situated near the city center, making it easy for us to explore nearby cities like Ambleside and Kendal. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were very attentive and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

The location was perfect, with amazing views of the lake and mountains beyond. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities such as free parking for residents. It was also conveniently located near Ambleside and the station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. the breakfast selection was excellent, with both English and continental options available. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and the beautiful location.

The room was brand new and beautifully decorated with Laura Ashley furniture. It was very clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and fluffy pillows. The hotel facilities were great, including tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast had an excellent variety of options and was of high quality. The location was superb, with stunning views and nice grounds. We especially loved the lounge, where we could relax and enjoy the amazing views of the lake. The staff, especially Lynne, were friendly and chatty, making our stay even more enjoyable.
