The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and top-ups of coffee, tea, and toast. The location was perfect, conveniently situated near the train station, town center, and all the attractions. The room was comfortable and had a stunning view. We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, which served tasty meals for both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel had excellent restaurant and food, with great food & drinks. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the estuary and easily accessible on a bank holiday Monday.

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending, and it allowed us to explore the beautiful town and the stunning surroundings of North Wales. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. We enjoyed having a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing us with a warm welcome and helpful assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, and we also had delicious meals in the hotel's restaurant.
