The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage. The bathroom had a powerful shower and heated floor tiles. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfasts were superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect with stunning views of the lake and easy access to the center of town. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, with a classy and chic atmosphere and tasteful furnishings. The outside seating area on the lake is the best of any other place we saw. The complimentary extras in our room, such as G&T's, jelly beans, and nuts, were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Parking was free and convenient, and transportation options were easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast provided a wide choice of options, and the restaurant bar had a lovely garden overlooking the lake. this hotel was the perfect choice for my partner's surprise birthday weekend.

The hotel's location on the shores of Lake Windermere was absolutely stunning. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious. The spacious and luxurious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a massive bed that we slept very well in. We loved the little extras like the coffee machine and locally-made gingerbread. The hotel facilities were great, with a pleasant bar and beer garden to enjoy an evening drink while watching the sun go down over the fells and the lake just to the south of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the spotless reception area to the spacious corridors. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at reception and in the bar/restaurant area.
